Annual Fire Safety Statements are to be provided each year for buildings that are required to be maintained in regards to their Essential Fire Safety Measures. This applies to all buildings except Class 1a and 10 buildings as outlined in Part A3.2 of the National Construction Code.

Total Fire Solutions, delivering a Total customer experience, has a team of accredited practitioners (fire safety) that have the capability to visit your site and perform the inspections, assessments, performance verifications of the essential fire safety measures as listed on the buildings Fire Safety Schedule.  A team member will visit the building and perform the tasks required to complete the AFSS and Total Fire Solutions will compile the report and send you the Annual Fire Safety Statement.
